AboutA licensed marriage and family therapist who believes awareness and insight are the real engines of lasting change.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #93581) practicing throughout California. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University in 2010, and in the years since I've worked across a range of mental health settings—supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders.
At my core, I'm a psychodynamic therapist. I believe our histories live in our present, and that understanding the why behind our patterns is what allows us to finally shift them. But I'm also pragmatic: I weave in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and insight-oriented work so the depth we reach translates into real change in your daily life.
I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), and I bring a body-positive, weight-inclusive lens to everything I do. Above all, I'm passionate about creating a trusting, nurturing space where growth actually feels possible.

I strongly believe in using our relationship as an instrument for change. In our work together, I hope to build a genuine connection that opens the door to growth and deeper awareness—a chance to examine and resolve the thoughts and behaviors that have been limiting you. I take a client-centered approach, focusing on what makes you you, and we'll build a plan rooted in your own strengths and goals.
